As Director of L&D, I managed Aventri's company-wide learning & development strategy and implementation, which included everything from course design, collaboration with subject matter experts, creation of role-specific content and curricula and inter-departmental communication. In 2019, I overhauled Aventri's performance management process and created the Aventri L&D Achievement Awards. In 2020, I created and led Unconscious Bias training for Aventri people managers. As Director of Legal Affairs, I also handled all types of employee relations issues up to and including discipline, termination, company restructures and emergency response. I created and maintained all of our employee and contractor-facing contracts, I managed pending litigation via outside law firms, handled negotiations with opposing attorneys and provided legal guidance to the various departments and global managers on compliance and best practices.

I led our team of Product Specialists and oversaw our client and prospect-facing meetings and presentations. I also enhanced and maintained the Learning and Development curriculum for the US Sales Team.

I created, edited and managed employment law content for HR professionals, specifically, educational and consulting material pertaining to organizational exit, investigations and litigation. I also handled client-facing digital and in-person consultations and created the in-house training curriculum for new starters.

I defended employers, healthcare providers and pharmaceutical companies against employment, medical malpractice and products liability claims.
