At Watchman, I'm proud to play a pivotal role in ensuring that we offer the right housing products tailored to meet the unique demands of local markets. My focus extends to developing and executing comprehensive marketing and sales plans for our projects. One of my significant achievements lies in successfully developing and selling down not only Watchman's projects but also projects for other developments, such as The Neighbourhood at Ormiston. This ambitious venture encompassed over 700 homes, including an impressive 295 KiwiBuild properties. Being part of the governance team for The Neighbourhood at Ormiston has provided me valuable insights into the complexities of managing large-scale residential projects.Creativity and innovation have always been at the heart of my approach. I take pleasure in developing and executing result-oriented marketing plans that have led to the successful sales of homes at Watchman's Wattle Park, Millbrook 44 and Mountview Green projects.

At Fonterra, I led the campaigns team to tell the story of our farmer-owners and how they achieve on the world stage whilst caring for NZ. This has been a fascinating journey as we seek to build corporate reputation and I’ve enjoyed working with a fantastic team of people to deliver some great results for the co-op. It’s really exciting to be making an impact on a brand that should be loved by all New Zealanders. After a long time in the world of b2b, it’s also been enjoyable to return to my consumer roots.

For the past two years Fonterra has been focusing on building its brand reputation. As part of the team tasked with bringing to life the Fonterra story, I have been working on the development and execution of a number of campaigns in the New Zealand market with a particular focus on water.

Vector is one of New Zealand's largest infrastructure providers. As part of the development team I have been leading the marketing launch of new products for the residential market, including Vector Solar. I also manage the Vector Communications product and marketing team delivering data solutions to wholesale and corporate customers throughout New Zealand and Australia.

Investigated, developed and implemented market and product strategies for the development, launch and ongoing management of the integrated IP and VoIP managed products and services offering.

Led a variety of project teams to deliver various new services and pricing projects. Helped develop strategy and initial business case for local loop unbundling (xDSL).

Responsible for preparing and delivering the annual product plan and overall strategy for CLEAR’s residential pricing and promotions.

Responsible for a number of brands with total annual sales value in excess of $200m, including Nature’s Fresh (New Zealand’s number one grocery brand).
