Hi! I’m Associate Professor Human Resources Management at the Antwerp Management School and Lecturer HRM at Antwerp University. I have more than 10 years of academic and professional experience, and have provided research and consultancy services for government authorities, foundations and organizations in Europe, with a focus on the Flemish region in Belgium.
