I am GIAC certified computer forensic analyst(GCFA) and CompTIA Security + certified. soon I will be acquiring my SANs GPEN. My Technical experience includes 3 years of cyber protection hunt team operations for the AirForce as a Cyber warfare operator(1B4), packet analysis, computer forensics, SIEM(endgame, splunk, sumo logice, static and dynamic malware analysis, networking, Linux, Windows, HIDS/NIDS, intermediate programming with python, C, bash, and powershell,firewalls, virtual machines including ESXi, intermediate ELK stack, sysinternals, antivirus, Nmap, metasploit, and wireshark. I prefer to use the windows CMDline and linux bash terminal. My most recent experience for my current job as been building a new SOC from the ground up, creating case signatures and exclusions for multiple clients, developing training for new hires and existing analysts, developing a system for promotion requirements within the company, and developing hunt capabilities. this has been a challenge and I love the challenges that come along. it is very satisfying watching an immature SoC grow and mature successfully and know that the contributions I make have made a difference. I take pride in my accomplishments. I have also acquired many softskills during my 8 years with the United States Air Force to include leadership/followership, time management, teamwork, critical thinking, analytical skills, problem solving, logical operations, logistics, supervisory experience, resiliency, human relations, and flexibility. I have certificates for cross cultural communication in case I am working with people from other cultures, countries and back grounds. I have worked a panama shift for most of my cyber career. alternating day shifts and night shifts. and the ability to work under stress. I am seeking a position locally here in San Antonio or remote where I can be a valuable member of an organization and that will allow me to contribute my skills and improve that company.
