I've worked in web application development professionally since 2005 and I've been with NTN since 2013. My current role is Director of IT in which I lead a team of 7 technologists. My job continues to be very technical and hands on. I love every aspect of software engineering and development. I've developed numerous project from conception to maintenance. I consider myself an IT generalist and have hands on experience in multiple languages and technologies, most recently CFML, TypeScript/JavaScript, and Angular. I've architected many solutions on AWS using ElasticBeanstalk, Lambda/API Gateway, RDS, S3, and other services. I've also created solutions using open source projects like Livekit and have customized Linux distributions including building a kiosk solution that has remote updating and secure access capability. I have experience with planning large scale migrations and upgrades including moving to G Suite for two organizations, and multiple projects to improve operations within departments.
