The focus of my career has been translating customer needs into software solutions for store customers and associates, leading projects across a multitude of business functions, such as loyalty programs, fulfillment, loss prevention, tax, legal, marketing, and assisted selling. This has provided me with the opportunity to work closely with senior leaders, business stakeholders, and external vendors across the industry. Along with waterfall and agile delivery, I am also experienced with KPI/metric definition, front-end design, launch strategies, product adoption, utilization, and hind-sighting.
