As the title indicates, I helped plan, execute, and measure the success of Cherwell's go-to-market strategy for new products, specifically for our award winning Mergeable Application (mApp) technology.My responsibilities included content creation and messaging for our mApp solutions, managing an online community/marketplace called the mApp Exchange, running the annual mApp-a-thon at the Cherwell Global Conference, and generating overall market awareness and demand for Mergeable Applications.

As an Associate Marketing Manager I helped develop a crises-response plan, an employee advocacy program, and corporate best practices for the organization.Cherwell's social media properties grew in key areas while I served in this position. The follower count grew by 43%, engagement grew by 208%, click-through grew by 211%, web visits increased by 201%, and conversion rates grew by 270% over a ten month period.This role also focused on Sales Enablement, Presentation Design, Public Relations, Copy-writing, copy-editing, and proofing various forms of content on a regular basis.

As Social Media Coordinator I planned and executed campaigns to reach Hillsdale College's targeted audiences. I used all major social media platforms to achieve the engagement and growth goals. Besides planning and executing campaigns, I created much of the content as well.
