Jacob is an NC State University student studying Computer Engineering. He is also a co-founder of Charon Labs, where he works as an Intelligent Systems Engineer.As a high school student, Jacob participated in FTC Robotics team 2827 as Engineering Director, actively creating the designs for and overseeing the assembly of the team’s robots, giving him valuable experience in engineering disciplines in both the mechanical and electrical fields.Jacob also has extensive experience in soldering, digital logic, and PCB design, and has created a microprocessor computer system based off of the Zilog Z80 architecture.As a hobby, Jacob greatly enjoys both film and digital photography and is skilled in camera operation, film scanning, and editing.
