I took my mentality with me when I came to Indiana University and I joined the wakeboarding team. Through my determination and hard work, I quickly became the highest scoring wakeboarding my freshman season and in return, I was able to secure the position of Wakeboarding Captain as well as being awarded the 2018-2019 Wakeboard MVP.-Led Indiana to become ranked as the second-best team in the nation.-Won 1st place at the University of North Texas' Eagle Claw National Invite in the 21' season.-Competed collegiately for Indiana University in multiple tournaments against 30 different schools in 5 different states.-Worked closely with Indiana University to ensure all necessary rules and regulations are being followed.-Led Indiana Wakeboarding to qualify for The Midwest Wakeboard Championships for the first time in school history.-Helped Indiana Water Skiing place second and sixth place in the great lakes conference in 2019 and 2020.

In the wake of Covid-19, we had 12 collegiate wakeboarding competitions get canceled. Rather than sitting back passively, I was able to recognize a new opportunity out of a tough situation. I combined my passion with my ambitious business mindset, and I created, organized, and executed the first collegiate wakeboarding competition with the help of professional athletes. This venture that started as a simple idea and conversation, ended up getting sponsored by Red Bull, Liquid Force, Buy Wake, and many other wakeboarding companies and changed the industry standard for collegiate wakeboarding competitions.- Created, organized, and executed the first national collegiate virtual competition in the wake of the Covid-19 pandemicwhich had 62 participants from 30 different schools across the nation compete, creating $50,000 in marketing value.- Used connections with other collegiate wakeboarding teams to create a focused target market of 20,000.- Sold sponsorship of events to RedBull, ShadyRays, and other companies raising $20,000 for competitions.- Sold competition to 30 different collegiate wakeboarding schools raising $18,000 in sales.

Starting in the summer of 2019, I managed three branches of a facility that was comprised of a Best Western Plus Hotel, an athletic Facility called Sculptures, and a convention center called Brandywine. When I was hired, each of these wings of this facility was drastically lacking management. So I took the opportunity to fill very large shoes as I helped the general manager manage and operate the operations of each wing. -Oversee and run the operations of large events to ensure maximized customer satisfaction and optimal team efficiency which led to 100% positive reviews on $400,000 worth of completed events.-Created contracts with clients of the convention center that lead to $30,000 sales within one month.-Implemented data analytics that caused sales in the athletic facility to increase by 20% to $20,000 monthly.-Reconciled 200 corporate and customer accounts that had accumulated $34,000 in bad debt.-Implemented accounting practices in the athletic facility that caused accuracy to raise from 60% to 98% in one month.

Throughout the summer of 2018, (my fifth season at Indiana beach,) I oversaw and supervised five separate operations departments at Indiana Beach, and I had direct oversight of 300 employees.-Implemented, evaluated, and carried out strategies for 300 employees in five departments to ensure that all financial, departmental, and company-wide goals and ideas were known and achieved.-Created and evaluated training methods for 5 different departments to adequately train international and domestic employees from 14 different countries spread across 6 continents.-Ensured all 70 lifeguards were adequately trained and constantly refreshed in emergency protocols to ensure that any emergency situation would be immediately addressed which allowed Indiana Beach to receive an A rating for the 2018 season.-Worked closely with marketing and sales teams to plan, organize, and execute large events that ranged from large corporate outings to family reunions.-Directly operated and supervised the base of communications and became the first point of contact between departments to ensure company-wide cohesiveness, efficiency, and to ensure that proper emergency protocols were engaged and adequately followed.Certified in:•CPR and first aid •Sky Coaster Senior Site ControllerTrained in:•Emergency roller coaster evacuation•OSHA standards and guidelines •ServSafe health code standards and regulations

I started working at this job as soon as I was legally able to at the age of 14. Through hard work, I quickly ran up the hierarchy and became the youngest supervisor in corporate history when I was 16 and became a senior supervisor of the department by the time I was 18.-Lead the business planning process by establishing goals and objectives for food stands.
