Current• Responsible for the design and leadership of projects within the internal team• Collaborates with internal teams, clients, and agency partners• Develop impactful behavioral and motivational messaging based on client briefs• Provides thoughtful insights on layout hierarchy and optimal copy length for effective communications• Provides timely and constructive critiques with an eye on improving the final client deliverables• Mentors team members to enhance their skills and understanding of design• Approves design work, collaborating with production to simplify processes and establish best practices• Contributes to onboarding and ongoing support to new team members• Keeping a pulse on design, social, and cultural trends with thoughtful research
