• Provided direction, oversight, and approval of the technical approach used by the 777X program to qualify a low VOC mold release to comply with stricter environmental regulations.
• Manager delegate for 13-engineer team, assisted in resume selection, interviews, and down selection of 2 engineers. Generated training plan and timeline for new 787 chemical engineers.
• Defined requirements, developed unit tests, drafted procedural documents, created training courses, and performed validation checks to accredit a new autoclave cure analysis program that provided $700K in labor savings.
• Prime corrosion focal for investigations regarding corrosion risks on multiple structural parts.
