Project manager for development, construction, and qualification of two auto-feeding mechanisms for new manufacturing equipment. Responsibilities included developing a project schedule, machine design, design of experiments and capability studies, development of work instructions and preventative maintenance schedules, and submittal of process change notifications to customers. Completed Development Dimensions International Targeted Selection training and interviewed candidates for the next year of the leadership development program.Rotation 2 – Spent 6 months in the Business Development and Technology Team in Richmond, IL. Worked on LEAN New Product Development team, responsible for reliability and performance testing of second generation product including data collection, data analysis, writing test reports and making down select recommendations based upon performance versus risk in set-based concurrent engineering.Rotation 3 – Spent 6 months in the Customer Acquisition and Retention team in St. Louis, MO. Worked to review opportunities and respond to requests for quotes. Helped develop account management tools for enterprise targeted customers and served as an account manager for two enterprise targeted customers. Completed Development Dimensions International training in Essentials of Leadership, Coaching for Success and Improvement, Leading Change, and Resolving Conflict.Rotation 4 – Production Team Leader in St. Louis, MO.
