When I arrived the percentage of delinquent accounts was over 3% each and every month now at the end of each month I have no more that 0.5% delinquent. I am also oversee/train of all resident relations employees. I maintain accounts receivables/payables for the property as well.

Vineyard Gardens located in Santa Rosa, CA was a 196 unit property that went through a property turnover of 85% which dramatically changed the demographic. The property went through complete interior renovations which included installing a washer/dryer system, HVAC units, completely new cabinetry and countertops, crown molding installation and stainless steel appliances. I had a strong closing ratio of 65% of qualified traffic and was in charge of all marketing aspects of the property. I organized monthly marketing meetings for FPI and Non-FPI properties in the area each month as well as completed a market survey for the property

I was in charge of training new employees to the company. I made sure every customer had the best shopping experience. I was trained in every department to help out where needed.
