Perform all deposit accounting-related functions as document for 24 assigned properties (over 6000 unit count) and assist in writing and reviewing payment plans and notices. Doing move out deposit accounting, month end reporting and ledger adjustments with bookkeeping. Escalate customer concerns timely and Act with integrity. Lead at every level. Assist team and manager with any accounting functions. Adapt fast to new processes and change. Be a team player and stay in compliance with all policies. Known as an expert in this role, responsible as a team-lead to 3 other account specialists on top of helping others train in our department as well.Part of Central Services Pilot program for implementing Funnel resident system and services for all resident functions.
