The Senior IT Project Manager is responsible for overseeing the IT Projects Team and to ensure IT Projects meet IT and CCI goals and requirements, this includes collaborating with cross functional leaders to define, prioritise and develop projects. This role is accountable to enable continuous communication, continuous improvement, and ensures that any project risks are identified early and mitigated. Responsibilities include: • Spearheaded the development and enhancement of the IT PMO, improving project delivery processes and increasing project efficiency.• Functional management of project managers and projects support, fostering a collaborative environment that aligned with CCI and client goals.• Ensure the successful implementation of the IT PMO’s strategy, responsibilities, and deliverables• Collaborate with executive and senior stakeholders to define long-term goals, aligning operational strategies with business objectives.• Define and embed project control and governance• Negotiate contracts and service level agreements with vendors, ensuring compliance with project requirements.
