Some of my contributions in the role include: ★ I directed the strategic planning and launch of the global website redesign for six sites, resulting in 57% increase in organic visits, 38% increase in engagement, and 42% lift in user satisfaction. ★ I implemented a sales pipeline for Apartment Gurus in Active Campaign, and reduced agent administrative duties by 42% through automation integration.★ I increased user interaction rate from 5% to 34% in three months through customized email marketing campaigns tied to website and Facebook user tracking. ★ I achieved website traffic and organic search increase of 62% by developing and implementing digital and social advertising campaigns through Google, Facebook, and Bing.
