Programme managed the implementation of the Global Concur T&E system and the Global Citibank Mastercard programme across EMEA. To date I have rolled out this system into 27 entities across 19 countries, loading into 3 different SAP ERP systems and touching more than 5,800 employees.

This PMO role allowed me to work alongside the Senior management team in EMEA in order to manage the Commercial and Non-Ops integration of Stanley and Black & Decker. In total, I was accountable for approximately $38.1M savings over 3 years, all delivered on plan and on target.Standard Business Documentation teams were also project managed and process flows with additional documentation were created and published for 12 streams in multiple businesses across EMEA on time to coincide with the ERP expansion within EMEA.

Managed cross-functional and multiple location projects within the transactional / operational areas within EMEA, including the first VSM within the region which delivered a saving of $1.3M. At the same time, I was responsible for planning and delivering Green Belt training to over 50 associates, as well as coaching / mentoring a dedicated Black Belt and several Green Belts, as many as 15 at one time.

Simultaneously managed several multi-functional Black Belt projects in the transactional / operational areas within EMEA, whilst at the same time supported the MBB in the training and coaching of GB’s.

Managed sixteen three-month productivity interventions running simultaneously within four companies. Trained and assessed Change Agents within each company to manage improvement activities. Trained multi-disciplined teams in the tools and techniques of continuous improvement whilst delivering productivity improvements & cost reductions in the host company. Influenced senior management in developing manufacturing strategy, change management and cultural change.
