Jacque is a recognized expert in translating the complexities of benefit programs into conversational, easy-to-understand language designed to engage employees and promote better benefits usage.In 2005, she launched WayPoint, which provides HR-related consulting and communications services. Prior to that, she was a senior communication consultant for two global human resource consulting firms and managed a communication practice in Sydney, Australia. Jacque earned her undergraduate degree in psychology from Texas A&M.In her spare time Jacque loves to ride her Peloton, cook for her family, and spend time on the lake (well, that’s where she would like to spend her time).
