Responsible for more than $1 million in grants for The Hawaii Uninsured Project and community education and conferences to generate research and gather stakeholders around the issue of Hawaii's medically uninsured. Worked in partnership with UH research teams and the State Department of Health. Produced a statewide conference featuring Governor Linda Lingle and legislators, HMO providers, health care executives and safety net providers to improve education and design solutions. The nonprofit institute was formed as a think tank and social change driver to provide research and data to better inform policy makers in pursuit of achieving health coverage for all.

Responsible for designing programs and publicity for clients in a variety of industries including retail, entertainment, health care, government and travel and tourism. Served as the representative for clients including Hyatt Regency Maui, Ihilani Resort & Spa, Hilton Hawaiian Village, Renaissance Ilikai and more. Responsible for press relations for North American publicity including television features, lifestyle media and other national media programs. Conducted press blitzes throughout New York, Boston and San Francisco traveling with island visitor bureaus. And hosted press trips bringing leading travel writers to resort destinations. Other clients included Tiffany & Co. Hawaii, REHAB Hospital of the Pacific, City & County of Honolulu, Pan Pacific & Aloha Festivals.

Responsible for public relations, events and promotions services for advertising agency clients, as well as generating new business proposals. Directed Castle & Cooke Homes Hawaii's 30th Anniversary of Mililani - Hawaii's first master planned community, which included a partnership with schools, businesses, civic groups and community media to foster hometown pride. Handled media relations for realtors and new community openings.

Responsible for public relations programs for clients primarily in travel and tourism sector. Clients including Aston Hotels & Resorts' 36 properties, Budget Rent A Car, University of Phoenix, Aloha Festivals, KSSK Radio and the opening of H-3 freeway.
