My responsibilities include ensuring the recruiting team is up-to-date on the newest recruiting trends and technologies to guarantee the best delivery for JPI’s clients. As the leader of a phenomenally talented group of Recruiters and Sourcers, I constantly collaborate to support clients in finding, attracting, and cultivating talent. I graduated from Washington State University with a Bachelor of Business Administration with a concentration in Entrepreneurship. While at Pro, I worked with upper management including VP of Business Development and Head of Operations to identify and recruit new contracts into the Pro.com network. The Business Development role combined both inside/outside sales (BtoB) with a strong emphasis on prospecting new business, cold-calling, and building a consistent clientele pipeline through outbound activities for the purpose of growing our qualified service provider base.

Summit Group Solutions provides IT Consulting, Staffing and Outsourcing services to Enterprise Corporations as well as Small and Mid-sized Businesses. I was responsible for recruiting top-talent Engineers and STEM talent through a variety of platforms and avenues including boolean and xray searches, attending networking and hiring events.
