• Ensure the achievement of sales turnover.• Organize & negotiate merchandising/promotion/PR event plans with suppliers & duty free shops.• New brand research, negotiation, counters design discussion, etc.• Channel management of duty free stores such as Haitang Bay Duty Free Shopping Complex, Guangzhou AP, Hangzhou AP, Kunming AP, Heihe Border shop, Combodia DFS, etc.• Build long-term relationships with luxury P&C brands or agencies such as Chanel, L’oreal Luxe Group, P&G, LG, Shiseido Group, La Prairie, Sisley, Jurlique, Kose, Hermes, etc.

• Organize buying plans according to the budget, including value, qty, options per color shade, etc. • Sell-in and sell-through analysis.• Implement promotion and merchandising programs.

• Coordinate all purchasing orders from duty free shops and ensure the smooth delivery of orders.• Collect monthly sell-in/sell-through figures and tidy sales report.• Conduct brand/product training for sales/purchasing staff as internal trainer.
