Over 20 years of management experience in different companies, including state-owned enterprises, overseas work, government departments and multinational companies, such as Changzhou Catering Service Company, Changzhou Foreign Affairs Office, Rietre Textile, Low & Bonar, Freudenberg, etc., working in different positions in the Quality Department and HR Department. Familiar with Chinese and local labor laws, corporate principles, values and requirements, and HR processes. People and customer centricity is what I always have been pursuing as a HR leader.
