Frenalytics built an interactive, personalized digital learning software based on neuroscience research to help brain injured patients and special needs students to improve their memory and ultimately live more independent lives. I joined the team when there were just under 10 people.I oversaw the complete design overhaul of both Frenalytics and its partner company IEP & Me as the sole designer. IEP & Me is the first Individualized Education Program management platform for special educators, parents, and students with disabilities. Their platform fosters easy collaboration to teach students to be their own best advocates.Coordinated one-on-one with the CEO to research and implement accessibility guidelines for disabled/impaired users. In addition, I conducted multiple user interviews with parents, students, and occupational therapists to gain new insights on the product’s user experience.
