Partner and Chair, Research Department -- providing advice to clients and other firm lawyers on all aspects of the firm's practice. I develop solutions to complex legal matters in a variety of legal areas. I also draft key legal opinions and arguments on difficult legal issues with specific expertise in: insolvency and restructuring, regulatory matters, corporate and commercial issues, litigation, franchising, administrative law, gaming law, product liability and constitutional law.

I provided research support to Justice Peter Cory, including background research for cases to be heard by the Court, applications for leave to appeal to be determined by the Court, and judgments rendered by the Court.

I provided editorial support in the selection of articles, copy-editing and proofreading of articles, and preparation of articles for publication. I also acted as liaison with authors and the editorial board of the journal.
