Current- Supervise staff and the overall day to day operation of the Memory Care Department to ensure the highest quality operation in accordance with the company standard and resident satisfaction. Responsible, and supervise.
- Manages budget and cash flow, maintains budget accountability, aggressively anticipates and minimizes negative budget variances and deficits.
- Complete resident assessments before and after move in and update with change of condition.
- Ensure ACHA 1823 form is completed and updated per company and state requirement.
- Audit resident charts and MAR and medication carts to ensure orders are correct and in compliance with state regulations.
- Hire, train, discipline and terminate employees in accordance with the company human resources policy.
