Data quality reviews of completed cases. Also, initiate prompt communication and interviews with patients diagnosed with COVID-19 through phone calls, texting, emails and other communication platforms as necessary. A collection of critical information about the case and potential exposed contacts, providing support, referrals and answers to questions during the interview is completed.
