I have worked in the Medical insurance field in one aspect or another for the last 17 years. I currently perform claim followup for professional claims, but have also worked the facility side as well. From one end of the spectrum I would enter claims and perform all needed review as far as editing coding to the other end following up on the denial of them claims.
