I am a well versed, bilingual commercial insurance professional with a passion for customer excellence. I offer 15 years of experience building and deepening partnerships throughout various parts of the customer journey, from small business to strategic clients to brokers and financial institutions. I am always seeking ways to solve puzzles, better customer experience, find solutions and strengthen partnerships. I am a strong believer that we can learn and a lot from leaning into problems and conflict, they can be a source of growth. The majority of my background has been in commercial insurance where I have held roles in claims, underwriting and account management spread across an insurer, MGA and Crown Corporation. I spent years of my career responsible for customer retention and satisfaction, as well as growing and maintaining a book of business. I have serviced clients nationally, however my focus has been throughout Ontario and Atlantic Canada. I have a BA Honours in Law, a Graduate Certificate in Conflict Resolution and my Chartered Insurance Professional designation (CIP).During my spare time you will find me volunteering for non-profits in the cancer space (a cause close to my heart), hitting the slopes on my snowboard, perusing with my hound, or dabbling in anything and everything creative. I am always looking to learn, grow and create.
