Working for an Engineering Company where I am responsible for all aspects of the Accounts, Administration and Payroll. Varying from general booking to preparation for quarterly management accounts, VAT Returns, monthly Inland Revenue Returns and reconciliation of CIS Scheme. All banking processes including weekly bank reconciliation. PAYROLL Processing for weekly salaries complete to year end processing. General management of company including aspects of HR, day to day admin, goods in entries, issuing of PPE, completion of working timesheets, ordering materials, running jobs through the shop floor. Over 20 years experience with the ability to multi task and prioritise working requirements to ensure the full smooth running of the company. Liaising with Directors on a weekly basis. Use of Sage Accounts and Sage Payroll software system.
