Department of Defense (DOD)02/2013-PresentMs. Pascal is a member of the National Security Sector at Booz Allen Hamilton. She currently serves as a Lead for the Firm's Joint Military Intelligence portfolio, in which she oversees current delivery and business development for all intelligence work that falls within that scope. She is also the Program Manager for the Firm's Solutions for Intelligence Analysis 3 IDIQ work. Internal Revenue Service (IRS) 09/2010-12/2013Ms. Mooney previously supported clients within the Civil Finance market including the FDIC, SEC and IRS. She was most recently assisting the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) with the implementation of the Affordable Care Act (ACA). In that role, she served as the Technical Writer and assistant Project Manager for the ACA team. She additionally owned and maintained the action items and risks for the PMO and assisted with the Program Management tasks for the technical side of the contract.

During my education, I concentrated my studies in International Politics, Economics and Arabic. I worked for the Department of Development by planning and executing fund raising events for alumni and College donors.I also worked for the Office of Development implementing strategic planning for the Fund for William and Mary. I provided assistance with alumni events and planned and executed a networking dinner for alumni and college donors. I also aided with administrative projects including seasonal mailings, scheduling for the Dean of Arts and Sciences and donor outreach programs.

I worked in Constituent Services with a focus on military and veterans affairs. During my internship, I acted as a liaison between constituents and federal agencies and researched position papers on veterans’ affairs in Massachusetts, including conducting constituent polls regarding Health Care Reform and combined efforts with the Iraq and Afghanistan Veterans of America to lobby for changes in Veterans benefits. Within Constituent affairs, I answered veteran mail and phone inquiries and assisted veterans and active duty members receive benefits and position changes within the Armed Forces.

I conducted research on the Middle East, Counterterrorism and the politics of Homeland Security Issues. My research contributed to published pamphlets for CSIS as well as briefings presented by the Program Director to the Intelligence Community. I also created web content for CSIS that presented Homeland Security Issues of the 2008 Presidential Election and the position of each candidate on a variety of topics. I conducted academic research into the root causes of terrorism to aid the Program Director in a position piece to be accessed by the White House. I additionally aided in the organization and planning of CSIS functions such as the Homeland Security Strategy Forum in the capacity of both organizing academic speakers and inviting government figures. My research regarding counterterrorism contributed to the development of forum schedule as well as the choice of academic and government speakers.
