I utilize an integrative therapy method approach, which I believe is vital to providing the most comprehensive care. Having worked with individuals of all ages, in many different life stages, I am well-versed in helping to navigate my clients through life transitions and hardships in order to gain perspective and power. I am passionate about providing a safe, judgement-free space every time I step into my office. I strive to make each client aware of their strengths and help to set goals in order to point them towards positive future opportunities that allow for a sense of calm and harmony in their lives. I have experience providing support with clients who are presenting with anxiety, depression, PTSD, grief, and am equipped to help navigate through one’s life transitions and relationships.
