I think that I am well-equipped to contribute to any organisation in a positive and productive way.I have considerable experience in the health care sector at a local, regional and national level. I have held several senior roles ranging from Health New Zealand -Te Whatu Ora patient safety manager, regional programme manager, and national quality improvement advisor, along with my role in the humanitarian aid sector which involved the management of large complex teams.I have been trained by the Institute of Healthcare Improvement (IHI) in improvement science and have experience in using co-design methodology. I am a registered nurse with a current practising certificate, as well as a registered PRINCE2 Agile and change management practitioner and have undertaken courses in restorative practice.
