Human Resource Assistant / Talent AcquisitionIn this position I am responsible for sourcing, scheduling, interviewing and hiring qualified applicants. On a daily I multitask between phones, computer programs (Word / Excel etc.) and incoming applicants. I am responsible for submitting I9 verification's, entering W4 information as well assist applicants with any questions during the hiring process. I also maintain spread sheets for progress of incoming background checks, drug screens and/or any missing paperwork from our applicants. Another aspect of this position is attending and representing the company in a positive manner at job fairs and community events. Continuously maintain a professional personality along with multitasking and organization skills. I also frequently participate in job fairs, community and social events to help build a candidate pipe line. This position is 40 hours plus. It is salaried position which frequently requires working more than 40 hours a week.

Las Cruces, New Mexico Area

Primarily assisted physician with direct patient care, coordinated appointments, scheduled surgeries & procedures, obtained prior authorizations, answered phones, scheduled appointments, maintained electronic records for all patients, etc. I also assisted with general office support helping the office manager and fellow employees with patient issues as they arose. Along with that, I performed a variety of many duties and responsibilities as they arose. This was a full time position, 40 hours or more a week.
