The main systems I was involved with were Mobile App, Online Fulfillment, Store Technology, DC / Warehouse Systems, Countdown Online, and Customer Systems.

As the SAP Delivery Lead, I was tasked with management of the largest SAP portfolio to focus on increasing productivity, identifying and implementing process improvements, and to better serve and delivery value to our many stakeholders - Big W, Supermarkets, Convenience, Liquor Brands, Corporate, Fuel. Leading a team of delivery managers and deliver team ranging from 40 - 80 active members of functional consultants, developers, business analysts, and testers to successfully increase output of the FY17 SAP Enhancements by 250% (compared to FY16 period), an average of 36% drop in per enhancement cost through implementing more efficient processes internal to the delivery team, as well as dramatically increasing stakeholder engagement with the adoption of this process becoming standard across Woolworths enhancement projects.By the third year as the SAP Delivery Lead, successfully dropped the capital required for a larger output of value by $5m for FY17 and by FY18, a 50% successful drop in total cost from FY16 resulting in +$10m in savings that could be directed to other value adding projects.

Working with multiple business teams across the organisation implementing SAP solutions, from Finance, MasterData, Promotions & Pricing, and Replenishment & Logistics as well as various other IT platforms in Woolworths, running multiple projects across all phases of SDLC and maintaining positive relationships with both Business and other IT stakeholders working towards a realistic and achievable outcome. Upwards of 9 live projects in flight at once in parallel to also being the SAP Delivery Lead and managing the SAP enhancement portfolio. Managed teams anywhere from 10 to 100 resources located onsite and offshore across various technical and business disciplines for each project spread. Most notable was the Sales Organisation Migration Project which required coordination with over 100 project team members involved in the project across 25+ different enterprise application systems. The project was unique for a number of reasons, but mainly due to the deliverable not being a new product but instead the deliverable was a sales organisation agnostic migration plan. The project was high risk due to the nature of change - one step missed in the migration plan would result in immediate impact to revenue with a store being inoperable due to no ability to rollback once commenced. It was also challenging due to the project being considered 'impossible'.The project successfully developed a 700+ step repeatable implementation plan that moved a 'Woolworths Supermarket' store to a 'Woolworths Metro' aka the convenience brand in over 25 systems, with 80% of the steps being completed in a, intensive 24 hour period. By the end of the project, we managed to move over all identified Metro stores successfully by project end and realising all benefits identified within budget, scope and time limits.
