As a fitness instructor at Goldex Fitness, I help clients achieve their fitness goals and improve their health and well-being. I have a Bsc (hons) in Physical education sports and exercise science from Canterbury Christ Church University, where I developed my knowledge and skills in sports and exercise physiology, biomechanics, psychology, and pedagogy. I have over four years of experience in coaching and teaching various age groups and levels of ability, including children, adults, and people with special needs. I was a lead coach at Gymfinity Kids, where I coached gymnastics squad programs for children aged 4 to 7. I also worked as a teaching assistant at Napier primary school, where I supported the PE curriculum and facilitated physical activities and games for students. I am passionate about promoting physical literacy, creativity, and confidence through fitness and sports. I have expertise in artistic gymnastics and hold a level 2 IGA qualification. I am also proficient in using various fitness equipment, software, and techniques to design and monitor personalized fitness plans. I am always eager to learn new skills and methods to enhance my professional development and provide the best service to my clients. I am a reliable, enthusiastic, and supportive fitness instructor who strives to create a positive and fun environment for everyone.
