Infusion nurse/ chemotherapy mixer. I work primarily in the pharmacy at this time: mixing chemotherapy, checking patients labs and charts, pre-medicating patients, looking at chrmotherapy regimens. I also work on the floor: inserting peripheral IVs, accessing central lines, educating patients about treatments regimens, assessing patients, providing.

Educating patients, assessing patients, triaging care, blood transfusions, care of central lines, tube feedings, assisting with ADL's, providing emotional support, sterile and clean dressing changes, administering medications, monitoring vital signs, EKG's, tracheostomy care, computer documentation.

Provided competent care for patients. I assisted with ADL's, ambulation, basic patient care.

I answered phones, assisted with paperwork and preparing work orders, and I worked with employee time entering.
