- Effectively and continuously interface with retail sales staff and retail customers to create a seamless and impeccable shopping experience for regional department and specialty stores to generate sales and gain new customers.- Ability to convey thoughtful and well-rounded brand and product knowledge to both retail sales staff and retail customers- Maintenance of Visual Merchandising standards within Independent’s 3.1 Phillip Lim retail selling area- Providing continuous sales/state-of-business feedback, through weekly and monthly reports as well as insight about the retail landscape of the region of responsibilities when needed (competition, prices, customer profile analysis etc.), to support the development and growth of the 3.1 Phillip Lim brand- Schedule and provide seasonal training clinics/seminars and trunk shows/selling days to both regional department and specialty stores, on a timely basis.- Interview and provide feedback/recommendations regarding potential DSA’s for department stores- Provide product and sales training for Department Store DSA’s- Assist customers at market by providing regional feedback to department store buyers well as taking on specialty store appointments independently. - Adhere to travel and entertainment budget provided by the Sales Director. - Scout new distribution in regional market, and liaise with AE on distribution strategy.

Assist manager with all operations of the store, including assisting on sales floor, “clienteling”, running dailyfigures, operating cash register, handling bank deposits, receiving and merchandising new stock andcommunicating needs with buying office.

Responsible for managing team of 6 models and 4 dressers during sales campaigns. Acted as head stylist, beingresponsible for creating salable looks, as well as following merchandised looks set by sales and design teams.Merchandised and organized showroom in line with corporate standards.
