Led global expansion of Fekkai into China, representing a $200 million opportunity. Led extensive consumer research in Shanghai including 1 on 1 interviews, in salon research, in home research, & product use tests to define the needs of the Chinese luxury hair care consumer and deliver their ideal hair care product regimen.Delivered the Fekkai PrX Reparatives collection end to end from idea conception to market launch.
