Responsible for building strong relationships with clients (such as Adidas, Aurora, and Salesforce) through expert planning and execution of projects that pertain to live events, mobile tours, press events, permanent installations and experiential activations around the globe in locations including San Fransisco, Las Vegas, New York City, Barcelona, London. - Manage internal communications to drive the production phase of multiple projects at a time, working hand in hand with the project management team to ensure all details of the various projects were captured and delivered upon – all while maintaining constant communication with clients and partners.- Collaborate with the client to create an annual strategy and solutions for their marketing program, prepare and present concepts, proposals, story boards, project timelines and manage client budgets to ensure projects are proactively managed with deadlines met.- Interpret client needs to develop the best team composition for project execution both internal and external- collaborate with freelancers, vendors, partners ie. graphic design, media, photography, staging, production companies, lighting.- Determine OKRs to strategize and accomplish new goals for future clients and initiatives both internal and external.
