Responsibilities included assisting in every aspect of sale from initial purchase and sales agreement to closing. Work closely with all aspects of development including Production, Engineering, Design, Planning, Legal, Association Establishment and Construction. Salesforce CRM used in retaining customer database. This effort resulted in 41+ million dollars worth of condominium real estate sales between February 2009 and June 2017.
