Responsibilities:- Manage full spectrum of accounting and finance functions including timely preparation of management accounts under Construction Division, Costing, Statutory Accounts, and Budgets. - Review all construction costs/expenses incurred and monitor the variances as compared to budget and % of completion of projects- Establish and manage Group internal controls and improve various business processes to achieve efficiency and effectiveness- Liaise with external auditors and tax agents relating to accounting and tax issues- Liaise with bankers to resolve review issues and documents submission

- Second year Senior in Assurance- Lead audit portfolios of public and private companies in the construction, manufacturing, and property development industriesResponsibilities:- Execute day-to-day activities of audit engagement such as:  Planning: Perform risk assessment and engagement setup (e.g. audit plan, audit budget, audit timeline, and resource plan).  Interim: Evaluate the design and implementation of associated controls to key business processes (e.g. sales, procurement, human resource, inventory management, financial reporting, and cash receipts and payments) and test for operating effectiveness on the relevant controls.  Final: Perform substantive testing, document and compile audit findings, audit issues, audit misstatements, and control deficiencies to Audit Completion Report and Audit Committee Meeting slides.
