An Architect passionate about good design and a Project Design Management professional of 25 years experience in the Design & Construction industry, working across residential, education, retail and commercial mixed use projects with an emphasis on management aspects of project creation through realisation and delivery to completion.As an ambitious motivated self starter I possess sound analytical and strategic capabilities to approach challenges in a logical way, driving design procurement and complete end to end delivery process. My time with Westfield / Scentregroup, and more recently Mirvac, provided excellent exposure and experience in the D&C industry and broadened my skill base through the development, design, construction and project management areas.I have a proven track record in delivering project design management services including but notlimited to; from inception, feasibility, concept development, project team procurement, consultant,stakeholder, client side and financial and program management.My approach is backed with conviction in creating successful outcomes from Client aspirations, through project team design & delivery to end user operations. Creating and strengthening relationships both with my internal teams and external stakeholders is a passion and strength in the way i operate.
