I was relocated from Chapel Street to Doncaster as it was a higher turnover store that at the time was not profiting.During my time as Store Manager I successfully managed to turn the store’s performance around, increasing the average sales by a further $10 000 weekly than what was previously being achieved, taking the store out of the red and becoming profitable again, in turn lifting the company grade for the store along with the stores reputation within the brand and customers.Whilst taking on the Doncaster store with the biggest product loss in the company, I managed to turn the shrinkage around from being highly in the red to green within one stocktake period.
