Responsible for Finance & Administration Area including Accounting, Reporting & Planning, Finance, Taxes, Human Resources and Technology. Supervision over 85 people in 11 countries along Latin America. Focus in Working Capital improvements, Implementation of IFRS Policies, Operational Excellence, Close End Optimization, Margin Management, and responsible also for the complete order to cash process including all shipments from USA and Europe to Flint Ink branches and to direct customers from Caribbean and Central America. Responsible for the Quarterly Review presentations to Headquarter and the follow up over the action items in Latin America.

Responsible for Cash Flow and Working Capital optimization in our 11 branches in Latin America. Lead the Budget and Forecast Process in the Region. In Logistics, in charge of the complete process since the order acceptance, purchasing, delivery and its subsequent billing for all shipments from USA and Europe to Flint Ink branches and to direct customers from Caribbean and Central America.

Responsible for the execution of all solutions sold to customers in Brazil, Argentina, Chile and Peru (South region), including entering of customer agreements, purchasing to external suppliers and Intercompany sources, importation processes, delivery and implementation of the different solutions and its subsequent billing and collection. In charge of 38 employees from the 4 locations.

Responsible in Chile for the execution of all solutions sold to customers, including the entering of contracts, the purchasing to external suppliers and to ICO sources, importation process, the delivery and implementation of the different solutions from Retail, Financial and Teradata Business Units and its later billing. In charge of 12 people.Main Achievements: • Led the creation of the community of Importations Specialists in America including a web-site with key import/export information for each country. • Responsible for the redesign, implementation and process training and management tools (Configuration, Prices) of the Corporation commercial area in Chile, Argentina and Colombia.• A reduction of 10% in the annual budget`s operational expenses, having later the responsibility over budget control for all Latin America.. • Latin America representative, in a global initiative oriented to the redefinition of processes and roles in the implementation of solutions to customers and its application all over the World.

Responsible for Finance, Collections and Planning, including the investment plan and the development, coordination, implementation and follow-up of plans for the business units. In charge of 12 people.Main Achievements:• 1997 Annual Recognition for assets ratios improvement, achieving that the 96,5% receivable and inventory ended within the range of 0 to 60 days; achieving interests in placements over the plan in a 100% due to greater circulating capital. • Leader in the implementation of computational tools to improve the collection management and allow the entering of payments in line and per assigned collector.

Responsible in Chile for the execution of sold solutions to customers, including the entering of contracts, purchasing and importations processes, the delivery and implementation of the different solutions and its later billing. Reports and Communications with Head-Office (U.S.A.) In charge of 10 employees.Main Achievements:• Implementation of a new Pricing tool for Latinamerica, providing training and support to the different countries in order to allow the commercial area a better control over margins.• Led the fulfillment of domestic plans organizing monthly follow-up meetings and actively participating in the design of contingency plans
