I am a multidisciplinary designer with a passion for design that is inclusive and impactful. I have over 8 years of experience working in design (over half a decade in the healthcare space), and many years of prior experience as an educator and in support roles for nonprofit organizations. My visual design skills complement my education and communications background, allowing me to expertly facilitate workshops and conduct design research, tell stories and engage audiences through various media, and empathetically design with end users. At HHF, I work in various modalities across a range of project types, moving comfortably between user experience and interface design, communications and graphic design, and support roles in service design projects. I have strong technical proficiency in design and prototyping software, am a skilled writer, and an experienced and enthusiastic workshop facilitator. My role has also provided me with years of experience conducting design research and usability testing with patients and providers.
