Manage and provide mental health prevention services for the residents of Henrico County.

Faith in Your Future, LLC provided truancy prevention and mentoring services to youth in the Petersburg community. Students are referred to Faith in Your Future, LLC by the District 19 FAPT team by the truancy case managers in Petersburg Public Schools. Faith in Your Future provided appropriate referrals to community agencies and work with the child one to one for up to 10 hours per week on tutorial, life skills and enrichment activities.

Provided life skills enhancements for children living in transitional housing in the areas of positive peer interaction, conflict resolution, anger management, coping skills, and healthy living habits. Provide individual and family counseling and case management services to the women and children. Provided a variety of educational groups and resources to the women that educated and empowered them to become stronger and self sufficient.

Conduct comprehensive evaluations for children being referred for special education and related services in the City of Richmond. Provide in home social history interviews with parents. Coordinate resources for the children and their families as needed. Meet with the child study and eligibility committees to determine eligibility for children needing special education and/or related services.
