I was the top sales manager at Town Sports International. There are 145 locations and I was the head sales manager, boosting the sales numbers by 73.5% year over year. I completed customer service issues and billing issues on a daily basis, on top of selling and making 320 cold calls per day. I absolutely loved this company but unfortunately this location shut down in 2020 due to COVID-19.
