Review of resumes and interviewing applicants for hiring process. Continue all previous responsibilities as assistant athletic trainer.

Assistant Athletic Trainer with responsibility for full coverage and care of the baseball and women's soccer teams. Joint coverage of tennis, golf, and bowling teams. Administrative responsibilities included modalities, medical records, and team communication. Further explained, I was responsible for management, upkeep, and acquisition of modalities throughout the year and servicing between academic years. I created a centralized and organized medical records system for past and present medical records to be easily accessed when needed for billing and other purposes.

During this job opportunity I had the fortune of being able to spend focused time with university counseling services to normalize mental healthcare for student athletes, as well as implement a survey for recognizing potential mental health needs for incoming student athletes on campus.
