-Coordinates clinical research activities within Cooper Health System; Division of Hematology/Oncology. -Facilitates the proper and efficient conduct of clinical research.-Provides leadership in the management and operation of clinical research to ensure patient safety, protocol compliance and data quality.-Design, implement and manage a system for organizing, planning and controlling work flow related to all clinical research activities.-Identifies and recruits study patients-Provides initial and ongoing participant education pertinent to the study-Review study protocol to develop systems for implementation to ensure protocol adherence and patient compliance.-Works in unison with Nurse Coordinators, NPs, Infusion Room and other clinical support staff to ensure continuity of care of potential and existing research patients
