I'm the Project Manager for an HRIS systems conversion implementing eMangrove applications. We just went live with the new system on January 1, 2011. The project is ongoing with implementation of employee self-service, manager self-service, recruitment, and learning management. I'm also responsible for the administration of corporate benefits. Developed and designed learning management system to meet client business requirements in healthcare, financial, energy, manufacturing, and retail industries. Teamed up with Account Managers to assist in the up sale of additional application modules by developing proof of concept demonstrations for client base.• Designed web-based holistic human resources development tools so that clients could deploy online onboarding and e-learning modules to accomplish human resource development, certifications, and manage enrollments for instructor-led classroom sessions increasing customer contract renewals by 80%.• Advised customers on additional application modules to achieve business requirements thereby increasing company sales by 18%.• Provided consulting services for clients to integrate LMS training data with HRMS systems and customization of user interfaces.• Provided Level II client support and worked with application developers to resolve support issues or to design new functionality within the application.

Ensured compliance of federal and state regulations governing benefits so that system automatically processed data triggers to generate COBRA and HIPPA communications.• Reconfigured data sets for programs, plan types, plans and options for employee and retiree benefit plans.• Wrote all user acceptance testing scenarios, training manuals and desktop procedures for end users of application.• Generated additional business by advising clients on additional business processes that could be automated thereby decreased client workloads by 50% and increasing contact receivables by 120%.
